July 4, 2008, Newsletter Issue #119: How Much For a Portable Saunas

Tip of the Week

If you're interested in a low-cost alternative to a traditional sauna room in your house, consider a portable sauna. Portable saunas are usually smaller and less expensive than traditional saunas.

But how much, really, can you expect to spend on a portable sauna? It depends on the kind of sauna you want. If a tent sauna will meet your needs, you can expect to spend as little as $300 for a standard steam-based model. Some infrared models sell for more, up to $900.

If you want a box sauna, which is more along the lines of a traditional sauna than a tent sauna, you can expect to spend anywhere from $1,500 to upwards of $5,000, or more. Remember that if you purchase a box sauna from a manufacturer and have it shipped, you'll also have to pay for the shipping cost, which could add considerable expense.

Detoxify with a Sunlight Sauna.

Sweating is the body's safe and natural way to heal and stay healthy. Sweat carries toxins out of the body and carries it through the pores.

Detoxification from a Sunlight Sauna is 7 to 10 times greater than a conventional sauna because it operates more effectively at temperatures 60 to 80 degrees lower than conventional saunas.
In a conventional sauna the average person sweats out 3% toxins and 97% water. In a Sunlight Sauna, the average person sweats out 20% toxins and 80% water!

Other health benefits of sweat with a Sunlight Sauna:
• Body and mind relaxation
• Pain relief
• Weight loss
• Blood circulation
• Skin purification
• Lower blood pressure
