How Much For a Portable Saunas

If you're interested in a low-cost alternative to a traditional sauna room in your house, consider a portable sauna. Portable saunas are usually smaller and less expensive than traditional saunas. But how much, really, can you expect to spend on a portable sauna? It depends on the kind of sauna you want. If a tent sauna will meet your needs, you can expect to spend as little as $300 for a standard steam-based model. Some infrared models sell for more, up to $900. If you want a box sauna, which is more along the lines of a traditional sauna than a tent sauna, you can expect to spend anywhere from $1,500 to upwards of $5,000, or more. Remember that if you purchase a box sauna from a manufacturer and have it shipped, you'll also have to pay for the shipping cost, which could add considerable expense.
