May 30, 2008, Newsletter Issue #114: How to Care For Your Infrared Sauna
1
Tip of the Week
Infrared saunas can last a lifetime, if cared for properly. Follow these simple instructions to care for your infrared sauna:
• When you install your sauna, make sure that all electric circuits and the plug meet the appropriate requirements • Make sure to shut down the sauna after two hours of continuous use • Turn off the sauna and unplug the power cable when you're finished with your session • Do not dry clothes or towels in the sauna • Don't get the infrared tube wet • Clean the sauna with a wet cotton towel, and dry with a clean, dry towel • Do NOT use strong cleaning chemicals on an infrared sauna; it could damage the wood and the layer of protection on the wood

Detoxify with a Sunlight Sauna.
Sweating is the body's safe and natural way to heal and stay healthy. Sweat carries toxins out of the body and carries it through the pores.
Detoxification from a Sunlight Sauna is 7 to 10 times greater than a conventional sauna because it operates more effectively at temperatures 60 to 80 degrees lower than conventional saunas. In a conventional sauna the average person sweats out 3% toxins and 97% water. In a Sunlight Sauna, the average person sweats out 20% toxins and 80% water!
Other health benefits of sweat with a Sunlight Sauna: • Body and mind relaxation • Pain relief • Weight loss • Blood circulation • Skin purification • Lower blood pressure
